ClaimRight provides an automated engine to help you discover and file class action settlement claims. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of ClaimRight require a premium subscription. All payments are processed through third-party providers (RevenueCat). Subscriptions are governed by the terms of those providers.
ClaimRight is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the information provided (including settlement matching) is 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
In no event shall ClaimRight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
